Most warranties do NOT require a defective part to be sent back. You will need to call us with your order number so we can determine if we will need the part back. Samsung and LG parts are required to be sent back in addition to the below information for any warranty support. All warranty requests have a 14.95 shipping charge for any warranty that is over 30 days old. All warranties require the following information:

We offer 2 options for most warranties, you must select one of these on the RMA form when sending back the defective item.

- Warranty replacement to be sent (will require shipping and handling to be paid $14.95 shipping charge unless item is oversized, oversized items have a $95.00 shipping charge, freight items shipping changes vary from $150.00 to $500.00).
Please note for Samsung parts that are defective we will require they be sent back for warranty approval. We do not cover shipping charges in either direction for these parts.
Warranty periods vary by brand and manufacturer, please contact us with questions related to warranty period. Most parts have a guarantee against defects by the original manufacturer for one year from the purchase date of the product. This excludes unnatural wear & tear, physical damage, and some parts such as filters, fuses, and igniters.
